Case: Unfair Dismissal
Applicant: Rumbidzai Kaliyati (Represented by: Paul Van Straaten)
Respondent: Cash Is King  (Owned by Muli Weltsman and family)

An Default award was made to the Applicant

This applicant was driven around by an Off-duty Policeman, hired by Muli Weltsman, to do his dirty work. This policeman threatened this cripled woman, told her that she has no "JOB" any more and if she returns, he will arrest her, and make sure she never work in South Africa again.
Apparently this Off-duty policeman have also done the same with other employees. Taking the duty to inform employees that they do not have a "JOB" at Envy Lounge Restaurant etc.

RESULT: Applicant win an award of R44,000.00

Place: Bargaining Council for the Restaurant, Catering and Allied Trades
Date: 14 September 2012
Case: Constructive Dismissal
Applicant: Carmelita Fisher (Represented by: Paul Van Straaten)
Respondent: ENVY LOUNGE RESTAURANT (Owned by Muli Weltsman and family), represented by Nelly for the company, an Attorney and an Advocate, that was not available.

The company made an offer, therefore it's clear that they knew they were going to loose he case.

RESULT: Applicant win, and Company pays her the very same day!
The day before Carmelita had to appear in April 2012, Paul made known that he will attend Carmelita's case, and he was attacked and left to die. He saw his attackers and know where he saw them. The people that rented these assasins sent guys to try and get rid of Paul again in June 2012, and they visited him again on 4 October 2012.
The best part of it all is, we know where to find these thugs. We have their vehicle registration numbers, telephone numbers and much more! We know everything about them, and they might be caught sooner than what they expect.. En dan gaan die poppe dans! Apparently the person that hired these thugs, may be involved with drugs, smuggling and ordering attacks on various people.

Watch this space as people will be shocked to realise that even the ones that think they are untouchable will be touched by the Justice system in South Africa.
